Apple-Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips The kids may be hanging around the house more over the holidays and this is a great way to get them a healthy snack. I had some at a party and it was the first salsa gone. CINNAMON CHIPS Cut 7" flour tortillas into triangles and spray with water. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on tortillas. Bake in 400 degree oven about 5-6 minutes until they start to brown. APPLE-BERRY SALSA 2 Granny Smith apples diced into 3/4 inch cubes 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced 1 kiwi peeled and chopped 1 small orange 2 Tbsp brown sugar 2 Tbsp apple jelly Mix apples, strawberries, and kiwi in a large bowl. Zest the orange and squeeze the juice into the bowl. Add brown sugar and apple jelly and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with cinnamon chips. Be prepared to make a second batch because you'll love this.
