Avocado Salsa

I love avocados but they can get a little pricey sometimes.  I found this recipe
and it tastes great.  Try it the next time you're having a few friends over for 
Mexican food (assuming your not coming to Habanero's Grill).

1 tsp. Grated orange peel
1 med. Orange, peeled & diced
2 tsp. Grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp Lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
2 Tbsp Minced onion (1/2 small onion)
2 Tbsp Chopped cilantro (1/2 bunch)
1 tsp. Ground cumin 
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 lg Ripe avocado, diced
1 tsp Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine all except avocado. Gently stir avocado into salsa and add cayenne
to taste.   Refrigerate.
