Cinco de Mayo Three Pepper Inferno This recipe has a few more ingredients than usual, but it's worth the extra effort. It's an easy salsa to make. 1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes (or Rotel) 2 cloves minced garlic 1 habanero pepper 1 jalapeno pepper 1 serrano pepper 1/2 medium onion, diced Add these ingredients to a food processor or blender and puree. 1 small carrot, peeled, then cut into thin shavings 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro 1 can diced tomatoes 1 large fresh tomato 2 Tbsp lime juice 2 tsp white vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Chop carrots and cilantro and add with all remaining ingredients to a mixer and pulse until chunky. This salsa is awesome on day two.
