Cranberry Salsa This is a great salsa to combine with your leftover turkey and wrap up in a tortilla. It also makes great dip if you pour it over cream cheese at your holiday party. Let me know what you think. 1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 Tbsp Finely chopped shallots 2 each Fresh jalapenos, minced 1 Tbsp Fresh chopped cilantro 2 Tbsp Fresh lime juice 1/4 tsp ground ginger Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Let stand for 12 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature. This sauce will last up to two weeks in the refrigerator. (Hopefully longer than your leftovers)
