Creamy Cilantro-Serrano Sauce We ran this sauce all month in July 2011 and it was a hit. It's really easy to make and it tastes as good on a salad as it does in fajitas or just dipping a chip in it. 1 Cup mayonnaise 1/3 Cup cilantro leaves 5-6 serrano peppers 3 cloves garlic Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 Cup half-and-half Now this is my kind of recipe. Put it all in a blender and turn it on. Once it's blended, turn it off and stick your finger in to taste it. If it's not spicy enough, add another serrano. If you want it to be more of a dressing, add a little more half-and-half. Refrigerate if you don't eat it all in one sitting. ENJOY!
