Guacahummus (or Hummamole) I admit it, I just like the name, but if you like hummus (and who doesn't like guacamole?), then try this out with some good crackers and fresh veggies. 2 ripe avocados 2 15oz cans of chickpeas 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro 1 Tbsp olive oil Juice of 3 limes 1 tsp ground cumin Salt to taste Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve with pita chips or veggies.
