Margarita Salsa As long as it's Margarita Month (July), why not try this margarita salsa - and the peaches from Fredericksburg are great this year. 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion 2 cups diced peaches 2 Tbsp diced Serrano chiles 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 3 Tbsp gold tequila or orange liqueur (Grand Marnier) 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice 1 Tbsp finely grated lime peel 1/2 tsp ground cumin Mix all ingredents and serve warm.
