Pumpkin Smoothie Our pumpkin smoothie was a big hit during the Halloween season, and we're guessing everyone has a little extra pumpkin during this time of year, so here's the recipe that's easy and tasty. 4 oz - canned pumpkin 4 oz - vanilla yogurt (frozen preferred) 1 - small piece of banana 2 Tbsp - brown sugar 1 Tbsp - cinnamon 1 tsp - allspice 1/2 cup - crushed ice Blend all this up in a blender, and top with whipped cream for a low-fat and tasty dessert.
