Salsa Verde by Ninfa's In honor of St. Patrick's Day we will feature my favorite green salsa that became famous at Ninfa's 3 - ripe avocados 3 - medium green tomatoes 4 - fresh tomatillos 3 - garlic cloves 3 - sprigs of fresh cilantro 3 - fresh jalapenos 1 1/2 cups - sour cream 1/2 tsp - salt In a medium saucepan, boil tomatoes, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes. Mash avocados and add to vegetables and blend until smooth. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.
