Spicy Black Bean Dip This will go over big if you have friends over to watch the Super Bowl. 1 (12 oz) pkg chorizo sausage 1 (8 oz) container chive and onion cream cheese 2 cups cooked (or canned) black beans 2 serrano peppers 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp white pepper 1/2 bunch of cilantro (stems removed) Cook chorizon sausage in a large skillet until sausage crumbles and is done. Drain well and pat dry with paper towels. Add cooked sausage and other ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well. Heat up dip before serving or serve from a crock pot. Be prepared to make a second batch because this won't last long! GO PATS!
