Strawberry Salsa In honor of the Poteet Strawberry Festival. 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries 1/3 cup finely diced red onion 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint 1 fresh Serrano pepper seeded and diced 2 Tbsp white sugar 2 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar Fresh ground pepper to taste Toss the strawberries, mint, and sugar and refrigerate for an hour. Then add remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve at room temperature
