Super Bowl Salsa 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 clove garlic 1 large yellow onion 1/3 bunch cilantro, about 1/3 cup compressed 2 whole jalapeno peppers 2 dried poblano peppers 2 sun dried chipotle peppers 2 oz balsamic vinegar 1 dozen Roma tomatoes 1/4 cup fresh cracked pepper 1 tablespoon Fire Water 1 heaping tablespoon salt, to taste In as skillet, add olive oil and red wine vinegar. Braise garlic and onion until almost tender. Microwave the poblano and chipotle peppers for 3 minutes in water. Finely chop fresh jalapeno. In a food processor add all the braised onion and garlic, and puree. Then add the poblano and sun dried pepper and puree with the onion. Add all 12 tomatoes and cilantro, and puree 1/2 way. Crush fresh pepper with a rolling pin and add to salsa, along with the balsamic vinegar, Fire Water, and salt, to taste.
