Tropical Habanero Salsa Enough habaneros to fill a blender about halfway 3/4 cup water 3/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup salt 1/4 cup sugar 1 ripe mango 1 ripe papaya Fill a regular blender half-full with habaneros. Add 3/4 cup of white wine vinegar, 3/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of salt, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend on low until the peppers are ground up. To this mixture add one ripe cut-up mango and one ripe cut-up papaya. Blend on low until the fruit is ground up, the increase speed incrementally until you reach the maximum setting. Liquify at top speed until the sauce turns frothy and smooth or your blender burns up (whichever comes first). Enjoy!
